Flower essences are just that: the essence of a flower.
Each flower has its own unique medicine that can help us heal on an emotional level and change and alter our own essence. They are made by letting the flowers soak in spring water for a few hours in sunlight, and then added to brandy to further draw out the medicine and spirit.
The best way to work with flower essences is to use them daily. If there is something in you that needs assistance, that needs a reformation or altering, to return to your true essence in a subtle and gentle way, this is the medicine.
Take the flower essence daily, multiple times a day if needed. You will feel the changes over a period of time. It is best to use them at least a month before seeing changes.
