Everyone has their own needs, their own desires and medicines that can truly fill their cup, and that is what this workshop is about.
Join Samantha from Redonda Wasi, Samantha from SOS Sound Healing, and Mallory from Serenity Reiki healing for a day of real nourishment that will fill our cups and truly embody what it means to love the self.
Workshop Lineup:
Cacao Ceremony: We will start the evening with a cacao ceremony. Cacao is a heart opener and powerful medicine. Cacao will help us to ground in our bodies and open our hearts to the medicine that we are and will cultivate
Guided Self-Massage and Gua Sha: You will receive a complementary rose quartz gua sha with which we will massage the shoulders and face together in a guided massage. After the gua sha, we will do a self-massage all over the body with gentle movement, listening to the body and the heart as they guide us to what is needed
Reiki Healing & Sound Bath: After opening the heart and body, we will relax and enjoy an hour long sound and reiki energy healing to bring the body, mind and spirit into ultimate bliss and relaxation
Snacks & Drinks & Reflection: We will conclude the evening with light snacks and beverages as well as reflection
Everyone will be able to purchase Redonda Wasi products at the end of the event with a 15% off workshop discount so you can take the medicines home with you <3
