Intention of the Retreat

We created this retreat to help people step away from the noise and demands of the outer world and return to what feels essential. Through time in nature, an array of gentle practices, and shared presence, we invite the nervous system to soften, the body to come back into its natural rhythm, and a deeper sense of connection to emerge. This is a space to disconnect from constant input and reconnect with ourselves, the land, and each other.

  • Engage in practices to reset nervous system during the retreat & after

  • Slow down & return to a more natural rhythm

  • Create space to digest from constant input
